LG GM730 Review

LG are very well known for coming out with beautiful and high-spec mobile phones, and the LG KM730 is no different. The LG GM730 is a stunner of a mobile phone which measures 109.8 x 56.5 x 11.9 mm, so it definitely is not a small phone, but it slots into a similar size range that include the iphone, Nokia N96 and the Samsung Omnia.

The LG GM730 is dominated by a large 3 inch screen, which although not as large as the Samsung Omnia’s 3.7 inch screen, is still very large and definitely stands out. The LG GM 730 only comes in one colour combination, which is Black with Silver trim around the sides. Being a touch phone there is no keypad, however beneath the screen you will find a few touch sensitive buttons (similar to what you find on some Samsung’s) as well as a navigational pad to make navigating the interface super quick.

The LG GM730 camera is 5 mega pixels, which is quite reasonable, with auto focus and Schneider Kreuznach optics for clarity. As the screen is so large, taking and viewing pictures is very easy, and LG also include a good photo editing software pack. There is a built-in music player and an FM Radio, and of course it will support most popular music formats. It is very easy to download new songs and ringtones from the internet and get them set up to customize your LG KM730 mobile phone. Application-wise, the LG GM730 includes GPS, PDF Viewer, Chat to Map and Pocket Office. You will always be connected with Bluetooth and wifi, and the phone supports the following formats: HTML and XHTML.
In summary, the LG GM730 is a great mobile phone with a large 3 inch touch screen, 5 mega pixel camera, good music player and excellent internet connection via wifi.
